Richard J. Colella practiced in the corporate and securities laws section of a large Dallas, Texas law firm for approximately six years and has practiced in Ohio since January of 1993. Mr. Colella has represented many types of businesses in connection with their ordinary course and transactional legal needs, from start-ups to US Steel and regional banks. Mr. Colella assists business clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring transactions and handling employment issues. Mr. Colella also assists individual clients with wills, trusts, probate proceedings, and estate planning and administration. Mr. Colella is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Directors for Wallover Enterprises, Inc., a member of the Advisory Board of FirstMerit Bank, NA - Erie Shores Division, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lorain Foundation, and a member of the Lake Erie Landlord Association.
