Richard J. Colella practiced in the corporate and securities law section of a large Dallas, Texas law firm for approximately six years and has practiced in Ohio since January of 1993. Mr. Colella has represented many types of businesses in connection with their ordinary course and transactional legal needs, including real estate purchasers and developers, small business start-ups, owners of large industrial construction projects, issuers and investors/underwriters in numerous venture capital and public offerings, corporate purchasers and targets, and lenders and borrowers in bank financings. Mr. Colella is a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Health Partners Regional Foundation, a Trustee for the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce (Executive Committee and Small Business Chair) and a Trustee of the Lorain Foundation.
