Jeffrey H. Weir II practiced in the civil litigation and bankruptcy and creditors' rights sections of large law firms located in Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C. for approximately eight years before moving his practice to Ohio in June of 1995. Mr. Weir has represented a variety of businesses in construction and commercial litigation matters and real estate and financing transactions, as well as corporate debtors and creditors in connection with borrowing, work-out and bankruptcy proceedings.
